Second, the structure of the equipment

Third, the equipment process characteristics
The whole process of filtration, washing and drying is continuously operated in the same container.
1. Filtration: operated under vacuum to achieve solid-liquid separation. When filtering, the cake is flat and the solid-liquid separation effect is good.
2. Washing: There is a 360°rotating spraying device on the inside of the container, which makes the cleaning (washing) liquid evenly distributed in the container, and can realise the internal cleaning of the container and paddle washing of the material, mixing the filter cake and the washing liquid through the stirring of lifting and lowering paddles, so that the slurry crystals and the filter cake can be sufficiently washed.
3. Drying: The filter cake is scraped loose by the stirring paddles layer by layer, the heating device of the equipment heats the filter cake evenly, and the wet material is heated by hot gas under vacuum to accelerate the evaporation and realise the purpose of drying.
4. Unloading: the material is scraped loose and automatically unloaded through the side outlet of the tank wall driven by the stirring blade.
