On 18th April, 2025, 4 sets of FZG series square vacuum dryers customised by Changzhou Haihan Drying Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. were formally loaded and shipped for a customer of Anhui New Metal Materials Co. This batch of equipment will be applied to the customer's fine chemical production of metal materials, marking that the customised service capability of Hoi Han Drying in the field of vacuum dryer has stepped up to a new level.

Aiming at the customer's strict requirements on [drying efficiency/cleanness/energy consumption control, etc.], the technical team of Haihan carried out the optimisation design. Precise process: adopting static vacuum dryer, the dryer will be used for the production of metal materials and fine chemicals:

- Precise process: adopting static vacuum drying technology, the vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPa, and the temperature control precision ±2℃, to ensure the stability of the active ingredients of the material;

- Intelligent control: equipped with [PLC automatic control system/solvent recovery module], realising one-key operation of drying process;

- Efficient delivery: it only took 40 days from signing to delivery, and the reliability of equipment operation was ensured through 72 hours continuous vacuum test.

The successful implementation of the project not only helps customers to shorten the drying cycle by 30%/reduce energy consumption by 15% and other quantitative results, but also reflects the service concept of ‘customer-centred’ of Hoi Han Drying. In the future, Changzhou Shihan will continue to plough into the drying technology innovation, and join hands with more partners to promote the green intelligent upgrade of the industry.
