Working Principle

FL Series Vertical Boiling Granulating Dryer is based on the principle that the powder particles in the raw material container (fluidised bed) are in the state of circular fluidisation, which is preheated and mixed by the purified heated air, and the binder solution is sprayed into the atomisation, so that a number of particles are aggregated into the agglomerates containing the binder, and the water in the agglomerates evaporates due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air and the binder coagulates, which is a process that is constantly repeated to form ideal, uniform and multi-microporous spherical particles. This process is repeated continuously to form ideal and uniform microporous spherical particles.

Equipment features

2、Operated under closed negative pressure, no dust flying.
