Vibrating Fluidised Bed Dryer workshop manufacturing is completed!

  Vibrating fluidised bed is a very successful modified fluidised bed which is supported on a set of springs and powered by an excitation motor. The bulk material put into the dryer is thrown to the outlet end by the excitation force on the porous plate and lost to the VI end. Hot air is drummed in from under the porous plate and passes through the material layer, transferring heat to the material and carrying the vaporised moisture from the material to be discharged by the exhaust port, thus drying the material. Because the material in the vibrating fluidised bed by mechanical vibration, in motion, only need to drum into the right amount of hot air can achieve dynamic drying, so the thermal efficiency is high, the material drying uniform.
