The complete set of XSG-6 flash dryer equipment has been loaded and shipped to the customer's site in Fujian

Recently, in the workshop of Changzhou Haihan Drying Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., a complete set of XSG-6 rotary flash dryer equipment successfully completed all procedures including assembly, pressure testing, and factory inspection. It was officially loaded onto a truck and set off for the project site of a customer in Fujian.


The XSG-6 flash dryer delivered this time integrates crushing, drying, and classification into one. It has a fast drying speed and short material heating residence time, making it particularly suitable for continuous drying production of paste-like, filter cake-like, and heat-sensitive materials. The equipment operates in a negative pressure and sealed environment, resulting in less dust and good environmental performance. It can flexibly adjust air volume, temperature, and classification speed, precisely controlling the moisture content and powder fineness of the finished product. With high thermal efficiency and stable operation, it is widely used in material drying in industries such as chemical, new materials, inorganic salts, and pharmaceuticals.


During the project advancement, Haihan's drying technology, production, and quality inspection teams collaborated closely to customize and optimize according to the customer's material processing requirements. Quality control was rigorously enforced at every stage, from scheme design, sheet metal processing, complete machine assembly, to factory inspection. At the loading site, staff members took measures to protect, reinforce, and package the main unit, pipelines, dust collectors, and other components to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation.

Every shipment represents a delivery of trust. Upon arrival of the equipment at the project site in Fujian, our technical service team will follow up on unloading, installation, debugging, and technical training to ensure smooth commissioning of the equipment in one go.
