The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three main parts: the rotating cylinder, the swinging frame and the frame. The rotating cylinder is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two of the drive wheels are dragged by the rotating power system to make the rotating drum rotate; the swing frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanism, which is on the frame, and the swing frame is supported by the bearing assembly on the frame.



Applicable characteristics of two-dimensional mixer: 

  1. It is suitable for materials with large specific gravity and large powder particles. Suitable for ceramic glaze mixing process, the process is gentle and will not feed or crush the material particles;

  2. will not make the heat-sensitive materials overheating;

  3. it is very convenient to add the liquid or equipment needed for the working conditions during the powder mixing process, equipped with a number of spouting devices, the bottom of the jaws 5 misalignment valve. Unloading is easy because there is no fixing device at the bottom of the screw, so no pressurised feeding occurs.
