      The mixer of this machine consists of mixing spindle and two screw belts and spiral blades which match the surface of the inner wall of the cylinder. When rotating, the screw belt and spiral blades will elevate the material from the bottom up along the cylinder wall, and at the same time, due to the different speeds of the points on the surface of the screw belt during operation, the material produces irregular convection, shear, mixing, diffusion, forming a full range of three-dimensional movement. The centre of the mixing shaft is the spiral blade, the operation will rely on the centre of the material to enhance, throw out, be thrown out of a part of the material into the screw belt, and the material thrown out of the screw belt is absorbed into the spiral envelope of the spiral blade body and enhancement. So the cycle is repeated, so that the material in a short time to achieve uniform mixing.
