Working Principle of High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer

Spray drying equipment is a new type of high-efficiency drying process equipment, high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is also a type of spray dryer, which can make solutions, emulsions, pasty liquids and heat-sensitive materials by spray drying.       Its working principle is: the air is filtered and heated, and enters into the hot air distributor at the top of the drier, and the hot air enters into the drying room evenly in spiral shape. The material liquid is sprayed into very fine mist liquid beads through the high-speed centrifugal atomiser at the top of the tower (rotating), and contacted with the hot air in parallel flow, and dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is exhausted by the fan.

      First of all, we should carry out the inspection before the operation of the equipment: 1, whether the pipeline connection is loaded with rice flour material, and then connect it to ensure that the pipeline system is not leakage and air leakage. 2, whether the door and the observation window control is closed and check whether there is any air leakage. 3, whether the bottom of the tower and the bottom of the cyclone separator discharging the material should be checked whether the sealing ring is dislodged before installing it. 4, whether the direction of centrifugal fan is correct or not. 5, whether the centrifugal fan outlet adjustment Whether the butterfly valve is open, don't close the butterfly valve. 6, whether the connecting pipe of feed pump is connected, whether the rotating direction of motor and pump is correct. 7, whether the top of the drying room where the spraying head is placed is well covered to avoid air leakage. Security atomiser should be observed before the spray rotation direction is consistent with the nameplate.



      Equipment start-up sequence: 1, turn on the main power supply. 2, open the centrifugal fan. 3, open the cold water pump oil pump. 4, open the oil pump. 5, preheat the drying tower. 6, open the spray circulating pump, check whether the amount of water in the tank is sufficient, whether the concentration is exceeded. 7, with the inlet temperature reaches 280 ° C or so, turn on the nebuliser. 8, turn on the frequency converter, with the converter running to the set frequency. 9, open the feed pump, to the proper flow of work. 10, keep the atomizer. To the proper flow work. 10, keep the exhaust air temperature constant, adjust the amount of material. 11, open the discharger under the material.


      Equipment shutdown sequence: 1, shut down the feed pump, shut down the frequency converter. 2, wait until the frequency converter down to zero, please take out the nozzle and electrode cylinder, cover the cover. 5 minutes after the shutdown of the cooling pump. 3, stop heating. 4, shut down the circulating pump of the water film dust collector. (It is for the system where the tail gas has water film dust collector.) 5.Turn off the dust cleaning power of the cloth bag dust collector. (It is used for the system that the tail gas has cloth bag duster.) 6. Close the induced draft fan when the temperature of the inlet air drops to about 60℃.
