 Performance differences between centrifugal spray dryers and pressure spray dryers:

  Centrifugal spray dryer sprayed powder solid strength is greater than the pressure type, but from the output, the pressure type is higher, centrifugal type is lower. And pressure spray dryer sprayed powder strength is low, hollow shell, with a magnifying glass to observe the apple shape, suitable for dry pressure moulding.

 

  First, centrifugal spray dryer features

  1. Fast drying speed, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomisation. In the hot air stream, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, the drying time is only a few seconds, especially suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.

  2. Good product uniformity, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity and good quality.

  1. The drying time is short, the product can keep uniform fine particles, the product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility.

  2. Flexible operation. For the particle meridian, bulk density, moisture, product properties (dust-free, mobility, wettability, quick solubility), can be adjusted within a certain range to change the operating conditions, easy to control and manage. 

  3. Good effect for viscous paste material, paste material. 

  4. Good quality of finished products. Can retain the colour, aroma, taste and other biological activities of the material; wet content of the final product.
