Description of boiling bed dryer

     Boiling drying, also known as fluidised bed, it is by the air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, cloth bag dust collector, high pressure centrifugal fan, operating platform, due to the nature of the drying material is different, supporting dust removal equipment, according to the need to consider, can be selected at the same time the cyclone separator, cloth bag dust collector, or choose one of them, generally speaking, the specific gravity of the larger such as punch and granular drying only need to choose the cyclone separator, lighter specific gravity of small granular and powdery materials need to be supporting cloth bag dust collector, with pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor for choice.   Bulk solid materials are added into the fluid bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is sent into the bottom of the fluid bed by the blower after heating to contact with the solid materials through the distribution plate, forming fluidisation to achieve the heat and mass exchange of gas and solid. After drying, the material is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the boiling bed through the cyclone dust collector group and the cloth bag dust collector to recover the solid powder and then emptied.
  Steam, electricity, hot air furnace can be equipped with (according to user requirements supporting).

 Working principle:

  The clean hot air is distributed into the bed body through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into boiling state by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, the process of heat and mass transfer is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, boils and dries for several tens of seconds to minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

Installation instructions:
       ◎ Each equipment needs to be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and each part is well sealed.
       ◎ The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self-constructed silencer room. The layout can be adjusted according to the specific situation.
