Working characteristics and application of rotary drum dryer

Working Principle of Rotary Drum Dryer   

Mainly consists of heat source, feeding machine, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet; dehydrated wet materials from one end of the dryer into the dryer, the inner cylinder of the uniform distribution of materials in the dryer under the platen flap, uniformly distributed and dispersed, and with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of the hot air to fully contact with the drying of the heat transfer to speed up the heat transfer, mass transfer propulsion. In the process of drying, the material is under the action of tilting platen and hot air flow, and it can be adjusted to move to the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished products through the star-shaped discharge valve.

1, chemical industry, mining, metallurgy and other industries, large particles, than the drying of heavy materials, such as: mining, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, phosphate fertiliser, ammonium sulphate.   

2、Drying of powder and granular materials with special requirements, such as: Hp foaming agent, dregs of wine, light calcium carbonate, activated white earth, magnetic powder, graphite, medicine residue.  

3、Requirements for low-temperature drying, and the need for large quantities of continuous drying of materials.
