Characteristics and working principle of V-type mixer

V-type mixer features:

The working principle of V-type mixer:

  V-type mixer cylinder driven by the drive shaft around the centre of the rotary axis for rotary motion, in which the material is also with the V-shaped cylinder for gravity diffusion movement, when the joint of the V-shaped cylinder (bottom) in the rotating position, the material is gathered at the end. As the joint of the V-shaped cylinder is in the upper position, the material gathered at the bottom is diverted into the two slanting cylinders, so that the material from each slanting cylinder passes through the joint opening and then through the other slanting cylinder. Due to the continuous rotation of the cylinder, the position is constantly changing, the V-shaped cylinder material repeatedly dislocation, movement, diffusion, to achieve uniform mixing.
