Chicken essence as the second generation of compound seasoning its taste, easy to use, nutritious and popular, so the chicken essence market prospects are very broad. However, in the market competition is very fierce today, how to produce high-quality chicken essence products has become the direction of the manufacturers actively explore.

Our company can carry out engineering design according to the actual requirements of users, at present, the output of single production line is 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1500 kg/h and so on. Chicken essence production mainly includes crushing, high-speed mixing, granulation, drying, sieving, flavouring and other steps. The chicken essence production line produced by our company has the features of compact process design, exquisite equipment production, high degree of streamlined operation, stable product quality, easy to clean and maintain. Equipment and material contact parts are all made of high-quality stainless steel, and after fine polishing, salt corrosion resistance, cleaning is more convenient, in line with the QS requirements of food production management and GMP standards.

1、The production line adopts the form of integrating crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, sieving and flavouring sections, which has clear functions and can be organically combined and operated in an integrated way. It can achieve the process flow operation. 
2、The core part of the production line: drying system. Adopting the way of heating in sections, the pre-drying section adopts the fan with high pressure and low air volume, so that the wetter chicken particles can be completely fluidised; the drying section adopts the fan with low pressure and high air volume, which can take away more water per unit of time and make the drying uniform; the cooling section adopts the fan with high air volume, which can quickly take away the heat and reduce the temperature of the products to not only achieve the requirements of moisture control, but also to facilitate the subsequent packaging process. 
3、Drying medium circulation system: the blower, heater and air inlet pipe are made of stainless steel, avoiding the possibility of the product being contaminated by unclean wind. 
4、The upper and lower beds of the drying host adopt quick-opening structure, which changes the traditional structure of bolted connection and greatly facilitates the thorough cleaning of the system. 
5、The hole type of the bed plate adopts the combined structure, the front section adopts the tongue-shaped hole, so that the material can move forward smoothly without material leakage; the middle and back end adopts the straight hole, the penetration rate of the hot air is higher, and the heat exchange of the drying process is more adequate. 
6、The lower bed is supported by stainless steel seamless steel pipe, which makes the bed structure more solid and has a long service life. 
7, the lower bed body internal stainless steel full welding production, to avoid washing and cleaning of sewage into the insulation layer, thus affecting the quality of the product, and also has a cleaning port, easy to clean the equipment. 
8、The system is also equipped with a crushing unit with dust suction, high-speed mixer, material transit conveyor unit, sieving and flavouring integrated unit. This production line is highly efficient combination, the whole beautiful, stable performance, by the majority of people in the industry agreed to praise.
9, the entire equipment production line for the PLC touch-screen control, now using Delta brand, high degree of automation, humane operation.
