Equipment features

◎ This equipment adopts the working principle of external heating of tube circulation, the material is heated for a short time, evaporation speed is fast, the concentration ratio is significant, and the original effect of the material is effectively maintained.

◎ Energy saving effect is remarkable, saving 30% of steam than single-effect evaporator. The material is evaporated and concentrated in the closed system, the environment is clean and comfortable; and the unique defoaming device of this system equipment prevents the phenomenon of running material.

◎ Where the material contact parts are made of imported stainless steel, and polished, good corrosion resistance equipment, cleaning is more convenient, more in line with the pharmaceutical, food hygiene regulations. Can be equipped with microcomputer control system, easier to use, more stable results.
