When working, the material is added from the hopper, pushed and extruded by the screw, the temperature of the material rises, the viscosity increases, and it is extruded from the hole of the mould board and then cut to form cylindrical particles. All parts of this machine are made of stainless steel with polished surface, which is very convenient to assemble, disassemble and clean.

Scope of application

■ This machine can be two or more kinds of chemical raw materials in the absence of adding water and binder in the case of extrusion granulation, the formation of a variety of diameters of cylindrical granules of special equipment;
■ Continuous, gap work can be, unidirectional rotation (facing the head of the screw should be clockwise rotation, shall not be reversed);
This machine has simple structure, convenient maintenance and strong adaptability. It is suitable for granulation of various powdery materials.
