Working Principle

CT-C series hot air circulation oven with low noise and high temperature axial fan and automatic temperature control system, the entire circulatory system is fully closed, so that the thermal efficiency of the oven from the traditional drying room 3-7% to the current 35-45%, the high thermal efficiency of up to 50%.CT-C hot air circulation oven design success, so that China's hot air circulation oven has reached the level of catching up with foreign countries. Applicable materials

It is suitable for heating and curing, drying and dewatering of materials and products in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and other industries. Such as raw materials, raw drugs, Chinese medicine tablets, extracts, powder, granules, punch, water pills, packaging bottles, pigments and dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits and melons, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, baking paint and so on.

Equipment features

Most of the hot air circulates in the box, with high thermal efficiency and energy saving. Using the role of forced ventilation, the box is equipped with adjustable wind distribution board, material drying uniformity, the heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, far-infrared, a wide range of options. The whole machine has low noise and balanced operation. Temperature self-control, easy to install and maintain. Wide range of application, can dry all kinds of materials, is a general drying equipment.
◎Heating heat source has steam, electricity, far-infrared, electricity and steam dual-use, for users to choose;
◎ Using temperature: steam heating 50 ~ 140oC, high up to 150oC;
◎The temperature of using electricity and far infrared is 50～350oC;
◎Automatic control system and computer control system are available for users to choose;
◎ Commonly used steam pressure 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kg/m2);
◎ Equipped with electric heating, 15KW according to type I, practical 5-8kw/h;
◎Special requirements at the time of ordering instructions;
◎ Non-standard oven price negotiable;
◎ The use of temperature greater than 140oC or less than 60oC, to be specified at the time of ordering;
◎The factory factory drying car, drying disc size unity, can be interchanged;
◎The size of baking tray: 460×640×45(mm).
