Cylinder loading rate is large, up to 90% (ordinary mixer is only 40%), high efficiency, short mixing time.
All parts of the cylinder are round arc excess, after precision polishing treatment.
It is used for high uniformity mixing of powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining and metallurgy, national defence industry and various scientific research units.

Features

Under the driving of the main shaft, the barrel of loading material does the composite motion of translation, rotation and tumbling, etc., which prompts the material to make three-way composite motion along the barrel, so as to realise the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation and adulteration of many kinds of materials to achieve the purpose of homogeneous mixing, and to avoid the specific gravity of the material and the phenomenon of accumulation caused by the effect of centrifugal force of the general mixer.
