Centrifugal Spray Dryer Working Principle

The air is converted into hot air through heater, and enters into the hot air distributor installed at the top of the drying room, then it enters into the drying room uniformly and rotates in spiral shape, meanwhile, the material liquid is sent to the centrifugal atomiser installed at the top of the drying room, so that the material liquid will be atomised into very small atomised droplets, and the material liquid and the hot air will contact with each other in parallel, so that the moisture will evaporate rapidly, and then it will be dried into the finished products in a very short period of time. The finished products are discharged through the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is extracted by the blower and emptied.
