Product Overview

EYH type two-dimensional motion mixer is a sterile, dust-free, fully enclosed high-efficiency and energy-saving mixer, which is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dyestuffs, feed, fertiliser, pesticide and other industries for efficient mixing of powdery and granular materials.

EYH type two-dimensional motion mixer is mainly composed of three main parts: rotating cylinder, swinging frame and frame. The rotating cylinder is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two blocking wheels. Among the four supporting wheels, two of them are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the rotating cylinder, and the swing frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanism, which is mounted on the frame, and the swing frame is supported by the bearing assembly on the frame.

Equipment features

The rotor of EYH type two-dimensional motion mixer can carry out two motions at the same time, one is the rotation of the rotor, and the other is the oscillation of the rotor with the swing frame. Driven by the main shaft, it makes swinging and rotating composite motion again and again, and the materials to be mixed in the rotating cylinder rotate with the rotating cylinder, tumbling and mixing at the same time, but also with the rotating cylinder swinging and mixing motion back and forth between left and right, and under the joint action of these two motions, the materials are fully mixed in a short time, thus realising a variety of materials to flow with each other, diffusion, tumbling, mixing to achieve the purpose of homogeneous mixing. The purpose of mixing is achieved by mutual flow, diffusion, tumbling and blending of various materials.
