Working Principle

The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, and the mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer consists of a number of units, each unit of hot air independent circulation, part of the exhaust from the special exhaust fan discharge, exhaust control by the control valve, hot air from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom through the mesh belt full of materials to complete the process of heat and mass transfer, take away the material moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the temperature of the material, and the dried product falls into the collector continuously. The upper and lower circulating units can be equipped flexibly according to the needs of users, and the number of units can also be selected according to the needs.
