Equipment Overview

Square vacuum dryer is to dry the material in vacuum conditions, heating and drying, if the use of vacuum pump for pumping and dehumidification, then speed up the drying rate.

Note: If the condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if the SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series water jet vacuum pump unit is used, the condenser can be dispensed with to save energy investment.

Characteristics

1. The boiling point of material solution under vacuum is lowered, so that the heat transfer driving force of evaporator is increased, so the heat transfer area of evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
2. The heat source of evaporation operation can adopt low-pressure steam or waste heat steam, and the heat loss of evaporator is less.
3. It can be sterilised before drying, and no impurity is mixed in the drying process, which meets the requirements of GMP.
4. It belongs to static vacuum drier, so the form of dried material will not be damaged.
This equipment can be made of A3 (carbon steel), 304 stainless steel, 316L, special requirements can be customised.
