Working Principle
The hollow shaft is densely arranged with wedge-type hollow blades, and the heat medium flows through the blades via the hollow shaft. Unit effective volume within the heat transfer area is very large, the temperature of the heat medium from -40 ℃ to 320 ℃, can be water vapour, can also be liquid type: such as hot water, heat conduction oil. Indirect conduction heating, no carrying air to take away heat, heat are used to heat the material. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation to the environment through the body insulation layer. The heat transfer surface of the wedge-type paddle has a self-cleaning function. The relative motion of the material particles and the wedge surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can scrub off the material attached to the wedge surface, so that the operation has been to maintain a clean heat transfer surface. The shell of paddle dryer is W type, and two to four hollow stirring shafts are generally arranged in the shell. The shell has a sealed end cover and upper cover to prevent the material dust from leaking out and collect the solvent vapour from the material. A baffle is set at the outlet to ensure the material level, so that the heat transfer surface is covered by the material and gives full play to its function. The hot medium through the rotary joint, flow through the shell jacket and hollow stirring shaft, hollow stirring shaft according to the type of hot medium and has a different internal structure, in order to ensure the best heat transfer effect.
Features
◇Low energy consumption of paddle dryer: due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of carrying air to take away the heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is set up with heat preservation layer, for paddle material, only 1.22kg of water steam is needed to evaporate 1kg of water.
◇Low cost of paddle dryer system: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer surface, it shortens the processing time. The smaller size of the equipment greatly reduces the construction area and building space. Wide range of processing materials: using different heat media, it can process both heat-sensitive materials and materials requiring high-temperature treatment, and it can be operated continuously or intermittently, and can be applied in many fields. ◇Little environmental pollution: no use of carrying air, little dust material entrainment. The evaporation of material solvent is very small, so it is easy to handle. For polluted materials or working conditions requiring solvent recovery, closed-circuit recycling can be adopted.
◇Low operating cost: the normal operation of the equipment, only 1-2 people / day. Low speed mixing and reasonable structure. Minimal wear and tear, low maintenance cost.
◇Stable operation:Due to the special compression-expansion stirring effect of the wedge-type paddle, the material particles are fully in contact with the heat-transferring surface, and the gradient of temperature, humidity and mixing degree of the material is very small in the axial interval, thus ensuring the stability of the process.
