Working principle of vertical closed circuit boiling dryer
Vertical closed-circuit boiling dryer adopts closed-circuit system, taking inert gas (generally nitrogen) as the circulating medium. The inert gas is first heated to a suitable temperature in the heating device and then enters the drying chamber. In the drying chamber, the material is fluidised by the hot inert gas and is in boiling state. The material is in full contact with the hot gas, and due to the temperature difference, the water or organic solvent in the material is rapidly vaporised.
The gas carrying the vaporised water vapour or solvent vapour leaves the drying chamber and enters the gas-solid separation device, which separates the solid material particles and prevents loss of material and blockage of subsequent equipment. Afterwards, the gas enters the condenser, where the water vapour or solvent vapour is condensed into a liquid to achieve gas-liquid separation. And the inert gas is re-sent back to the heating device through the circulating fan, which is heated and re-entered into the drying chamber for circulating drying.
