Working Principle

This series of mixer to strong, efficient mixing as a feature, horizontal cylinder body two stirring equal speed reverse rotation, on the special arrangement of the paddle to ensure that the material radial, circular, axial three-way movement, the formation of a composite cycle, in a very short period of time to achieve uniformity of mixing.

Equipment features

The mixing cylinder has unique structure, high mixing efficiency, no dead angle, the cylinder body is made of stainless steel, polished inside and outside wall, beautiful appearance, uniform mixing, wide range of uses, in line with GMP standards. And according to customer's requirement, it can be equipped with forced stirrer, which is suitable for mixing of fine powder, granule and block materials with certain moisture.

Scope of application

This machine is used for mixing more than two kinds of dry powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
