Working Principle

ZGH type vertical high-speed mixer consists of bottom feeding leaf pulp and high-speed crushing leaf pulp. The material feeding leaf slurry will continuously feed the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall. The high-speed crushed material leaf pulp will thoroughly break the material sent by the leaf pulp. It makes the material circulate to form a vortex, and achieves the purpose of mixing the material evenly in a short period of time.

ZGH type vertical high-speed mixer is a newly developed high-efficiency mixer of our company with advanced technology at home and abroad, and its main features are as follows.
1、Because of centrifugal force, the bottom feeding leaf slurry will continuously feed the bottom material upward along the cylinder wall, and the upper material will fall back downward from the centre, so that the material cycle forms a vortex.
2、High-speed crushed material leaf pulp will feed the leaf pulp to send the lump material thoroughly broken.
3、Because of the above two kinds of high-speed rotation of the leaf pulp, so can make the material in a shorter period of time to achieve the purpose of mixing uniformity, the mixing speed and uniformity of the speed of the domestic mixer can not be achieved, after mixing the material in the middle of the granularity, mixing uniformity of the speed of one hundred per cent;
4, open the discharge valve, fast discharge speed, easy to clean equipment
5, the machine material contact are made of stainless steel, in the mixing process does not produce material volatility, deterioration and loss
