Working Principle

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three main parts: the rotating drum, the swinging frame and the frame. The rotating cylinder is mounted on the swing frame, which is supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two blocking wheels. Among the four supporting wheels, two of them are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the rotating cylinder, and the oscillating frame is driven by a set of crank and pendulum mechanism, which is mounted on the frame, and the oscillating frame is supported by the bearing assembly on the frame.

Equipment features

The rotating drum of EYH two-dimensional mixer can carry out two motions at the same time, one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swinging of the drum with the swinging frame. The materials to be mixed in the rotating drum with the drum rotation, turning, mixing at the same time, but also with the oscillation of the rotating drum and the left and right back and forth mixing movement occurs, under the joint action of these two movements, the materials in a short period of time to get the full mixing. EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials.
