Working Principle

Material powder particles, in the raw material container (fluidised bed) in a boiling fluidised state, subjected to purified heated air preheating and mixing, will be sprayed into the atomisation of the binder solution, so that a number of particles aggregated into the agglomerate containing binder, due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air, so that the agglomerate in the evaporation of water, the binder coagulation, the process repeats itself, the formation of an ideal, uniform, multi-microporous spherical particles.

Equipment features

※ Improvement of flowability and reduction of dust by powder granulation;
※ Improvement of dissolution properties through powder granulation;
※ Mixing, granulation and drying are completed in one step in one machine;
※ Adopt anti-static filter cloth, equipment operation safety;
※ Pressure relief holes are set up so that the equipment personnel will not be injured in case of explosion;
※ The equipment has no dead corners, easy and fast loading and unloading, and clean washing, which meets the GMP specification.
