Working Principle

Pure water has its maximum rate of vaporisation in the boiling state. Under normal conditions, pure water starts to boil at about 100°C. And under vacuum conditions, due to the partial pressure of water vapour in the system, much lower than the partial pressure of water vapour on the surface of the material, the boiling point of water is lower than 100 ℃. For example, when the surface drops to -0.07MPa, water starts to boil at 70℃. Therefore, despite the lower operating temperature, the dryer still has a large drying capacity.
