Equipment features

(A) Material transfer system

Spindle speed; 1~10 rpm, electromagnetic or frequency conversion infinitely adjustable.

Rake arm: 2~8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each layer of drying disc.

Rake leaves: na sis on the rake arm, can be arbitrary disc surface up and down to maintain contact, there are a variety of forms.

Grinding roll: easy to agglomerate and need to crush the material, in the release position with the addition of grinding roll, can strengthen the heat transfer and drying process.

(ii) shell

There are three forms of atmospheric pressure, closed, vacuum

Normal pressure type: cylinder or octagonal column type, there are two kinds of structures: whole and open. Heating medium import and export pipeline can be in the shell, can also be outside the shell.

Closed: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5kpa internal pressure, heating medium import and export pipeline can be in the shell, can also be outside the shell.

Vacuum type: cylindrical shell, design pressure of 0.1Mpa, heating medium import and export pipeline in the shell.

(D) air heater

Generally used in the case of larger evaporation to enhance the drying efficiency.
