Product Overview

        SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is a new generation of drying device developed by our factory by combining the technology of similar products in China. Double Cone Vacuum is equipped with two levels of elasticity linkage of belt and chain, which makes the equipment run smoothly. The specially designed tooling fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts, and the heat medium and vacuum system adopt reliable rotary joints of foreign technology. On this basis, we have developed SZGA, which is capable of both infinitely variable speed control and constant temperature control.

        As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, we serve our customers with more than one hundred sets per year. Our products range from high-temperature heat-conducting oil as heat medium, medium-temperature steam and low-temperature hot water. When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design ‘copy board’ mechanism for you in the tank.

 

Working Principle

※ In the airtight jacket, heat energy (e.g. hot water, low pressure, steam or heat-conducting oil) is fed into the tank, and the heat is transferred to the material to be dried through the inner shell.

※ Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are mixed continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of intensive drying.

※The material is in a vacuum state, the steam pressure drops so that the moisture (solvent) on the surface of the material reaches saturation and evaporates, and is discharged by the vacuum pump in time for recovery. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously infiltrates, evaporates and discharges to the surface, and the three processes are continuously carried out, and the material achieves the purpose of drying in a very short time.

 

Features:

※When heated by oil, it adopts automatic thermostatic control, which can dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, and the temperature can be between 20-160℃, and the temperature difference is within ±2℃.

※High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than the general oven.

※Indirect heating, the material will not be contaminated, in line with the ‘GMP’ requirements. Easy maintenance and operation, easy to clean.

 

Application:

        Suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of powder, granular and fibrous materials, concentration, mixing, drying and low-temperature drying of materials (such as biochemical products, etc.), more suitable for easy to oxidation, volatile, heat-sensitive, strong stimulation, toxic materials and do not allow the breaking of the word crystalline material drying.
