Rotary flash dryer is a new type of efficient fluidised drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high consumption of static drying. The machine in the design process fully combined with the characteristics of air drying and other fluid drying, to avoid the shortcomings, so that the machine has a reasonable process structure and superior performance, to truly achieve the low-consumption, high-efficiency fluid drying goals.
This machine has a wide range of applications and can be used for the dehumidification and drying of flame retardant, molecular sieve, rubber and plastic auxiliaries, pesticide, pigment, dyestuff, fine chemical industry, feedstuff, medicine and some intermediates.
Hot air from the inlet to the bottom of the dryer at the appropriate speed of the jet into the mixing and crushing drying room, the material strong shear, blowing floating, rotating effect, so the material by centrifugal, shear, collision, friction and be particulated, strengthen the mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are mechanically crushed under the action of the stirrer, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller granularity are entrained by the rotating airflow to rise, and are further dried in the process of rising, and since the gas-solid phase is rotating and flowing, and the inertia of the solid phase is larger than that of the gas phase, and the relative speeds between the solid gas and gas phases are larger, which strengthens the heat-transferring effect between the two phases, the drying strength of the drying machine is therefore high.
※ A variety of charging devices for choice, continuous and stable charging, will not produce bridging phenomenon.
※ Special cooling device at the bottom of the dryer avoids deterioration of materials in the high temperature zone at the bottom.
※ Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively prolong the service life of the transmission part.
※ Special air separation device reduces the resistance of the equipment and makes the wind speed in the tower tend to be balanced at the same time.
※ The drying chamber is equipped with grading ring and cyclone sheet, the fineness of material and final moisture can be adjustable and controllable.
Organic matter: Atrazine (pesticide insecticide), lauric acid septum, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, fungicidal dan, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and so on.
Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulphide, various azo dye intermediates.
Inorganic materials: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various inorganic salts,
Synthetic cryolite, etc.
Ceramics: kaolin, silicon trioxide, clay, etc.
Food: soy protein, gelatinised starch, wine lees, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
