Product Overview:
       SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is a new generation of drying device developed by our factory by combining the technology of similar products in China. Double Cone Vacuum adopts the belt - chain two elastic coupling mode, thus the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed process fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts, and the heat medium and vacuum system adopt reliable mechanical seal or rotary joint of American technology. On this basis, we have developed SZG-A it can both stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control.
       As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, our products range from high-temperature heat-conducting oil as the heat medium, medium-temperature steam and low-temperature hot water. When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design the ‘copy board’ mechanism or set the ball in the tank for you.

 

Working Principle
       ◎ Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam or thermal oil) is fed into the closed jacket, and the heat is transferred to the dried materials through the inner shell.
       Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials inside the tank are mixed continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of intensive drying.
       The material is in the vacuum state, the vapour pressure drops so that the water (solvent) on the surface of the material reaches saturation and evaporates, and is discharged by the vacuum pump in time for recovery. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously infiltrates to the surface, evaporates and discharges three processes continuously, and the material achieves the purpose of drying in a very short time.

Applicable materials:
   Suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of powder, granular and fibre concentration, mixing, drying and low-temperature drying of materials (such as biochemical products, etc.). More suitable for easy oxidation, volatile, heat-sensitive, strong stimulation, toxic materials and materials that do not allow the destruction of the crystalline material drying.

Performance characteristics:
       ◎ When heated by oil, it adopts automatic constant temperature control, which can dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, the temperature can be between 20 and 160℃, and the temperature difference is within ±2℃.
       ◎High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than the general oven.
       Indirect heating, the material will not be contaminated, in line with the ‘GMP’ requirements. Easy maintenance and operation, easy to clean.


Advantages of double cone rotary vacuum dryer
       1, high efficiency conventional vacuum drying equipment are using steam for heating, need to be heated from the inside out, slow heating needs to consume a lot of coal, while the double cone rotary vacuum dryer uses electromagnetic wave heating, no need for heat transfer medium, directly heated to the inside of the object, the heating speed is fast, 1 kilowatts can be in 3-5 minutes to the room temperature of the water plus vacuum dryer is facing the integration of upgrading the technology and management is the key to heat up to 100 ℃, to avoid the above shortcomings, so the speed, high efficiency, drying cycle is greatly reduced, energy consumption is reduced.
