Working principle:
The hot air enters into the bottom of the drier tangentially and forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the stirrer. The paste material enters into the drier from the spiral feeder, under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed by the action of impact, friction and shear, and the lump material is crushed rapidly, and fully contacted, heated and dried with the hot air. After dehydration, the dry material rises with the hot airflow, the grading ring will retain the large particles, the small particles are discharged from the centre of the ring out of the dryer, recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector, and the non-dried or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, and then fall to the bottom of the crushing and drying.

Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulphide, various azo dye intermediates.
Inorganic substances: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulphate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite and so on.
Foodstuffs: soy protein, gelatinised starch, wine trough, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
