Its working principle is to scrape off the concentrated liquid film formed on the heating surface through the scraper system continuously to prevent coking and clogging and ensure the continuous and stable evaporation process.
Structure composition
●Heating system: provide heat energy for evaporation process, the common heating method is steam heating, the heating jacket is wrapped in the outer side of the evaporator cylinder, there are also other heating media such as heat-conducting oil.
●Scraper system: It is composed of scraper and rotating shaft, and is the core part of the equipment. The scraper is installed on the rotating shaft, rotating with the rotating shaft, constantly scraping off the concentration film formed on the heating surface, preventing coking and clogging, to ensure that the evaporation process is continuous and efficient.
●Evaporation room: the main place of material evaporation, where the material to be evaporated forms a film and evaporates by heat.
●Condensation system: used to collect the evaporated vapour and convert it into liquid products, usually composed of condenser, cooling medium, etc..
●Transmission device: drive the scraper rotation, generally consists of motor, reducer, etc., to provide power for the scraper.
●Control system: monitor and adjust the whole evaporation process, including temperature, pressure, liquid level and other parameters of the control, to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Working principle
The material to be evaporated is sent into the evaporation chamber, forming a film on the heating surface. The heating system provides thermal energy to make the material film evaporated by heat, and at the same time, the rotating scraper of the scraper system constantly scrapes off the concentrated liquid film on the heating surface to keep the heating surface clean and efficient heat transfer effect. The evaporated vapour is collected and converted into liquid product through condensation system, while the concentrated material remains in the evaporation chamber and continues to evaporate until it reaches the required concentration.
