The WFJ series micro-grinding unit is a highly efficient micro-grinding machine independently designed and developed by our company. Material grinding and particle classification are housed within the same unit yet operate independently. This machine boasts comprehensive functionality, compact structure, stable technology, low power consumption, broad applicability, prevention of over-grinding, adjustable particle size, and straightforward maintenance. It is widely suitable for ultra-fine grinding across diverse sectors including chemicals, dyes, coatings, pharmaceuticals, and foodstuffs. Material grinding, classification, and final product processing occur within a single sealed system. Equipped with dust removal treatment, it operates without pollution, making it an ideal environmentally friendly complete set of equipment.
Material is conveyed via a screw feeder at the inlet into the grinding chamber between the machine body and the guide ring. Within this chamber, high-speed rotating blades impact the material, flinging it against the fixed gear ring. This induces impact, shearing, and alternating grinding through collisions, friction, and shearing between particles, between particles and blades, and between particles and the gear ring. The pulverised material is drawn by negative pressure airflow. Fine particles overcome their own weight and are carried by the airflow over the guide ring into the classification chamber. The classification impeller, composed of blades, generates centrifugal force opposing the negative pressure. Particles settling into the blade channels are subjected to the centripetal force of the negative pressure airflow, their own weight, and the centrifugal force from the impeller. Particles exceeding the critical diameter (classification size) are returned to the grinding chamber for further processing due to their greater mass. Particles below the critical diameter enter the cyclone collector via the discharge duct and are expelled through the discharge valve. The rotational speed of the classification impeller determines the fineness of the ground particles; adjusting this speed is the decisive factor in controlling particle size.
