Equipment features

The machine consists of hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling and motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric weight hammer is driven by motor to reach the centre line of main shaft, which generates centrifugal force under unbalanced condition, so that the material strength changes to form orbital vortex inside the sieve. The amplitude size of the weight adjuster should be corrected according to different materials and screens.
The whole machine has compact structure, small volume, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, easy to move and maintain.
