Working principle and process

  The wet material is continuously added to the first layer of drying disc on the upper part of the drier from the feeder, and the rake arm with rake leaves does rotary movement to make the rake leaves continuously flip the material, and the material flows through the surface of the drying disc along the exponential helix, and the material on the small drying disc is moved to the outer edge, and it falls into the outer edge of the big drying disc below the outer edge of the large drying disc, and the material on the big drying disc moves inwardly and falls into the next layer of the small drying disc from the intermediate falling mouth, and the size of the drying disc is arranged up and down alternately, and the material is dried continuously and the drying disc is dried. The drying discs are arranged alternately up and down, and the materials can flow continuously through the whole drier, and the hollow drying disc is passed into the heating medium, and the forms of the heating medium are steam, hot water and heat-conducting oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying disc and exits from the other end. The dried material falls from the bottom layer of the drying disc to the bottom layer of the shell, and is moved to the discharge port by the rake leaves and discharged. Moisture escapes from the material and is discharged by the moisture discharge port located on the top cover.
