Manufacturing of another part of the FBD pharmaceutical production line is completed!

  Recently, it is a concentrated period for the delivery of several projects of Haihan Drying, and another part of the equipment of FBD pharmaceutical production line is also completed as scheduled!

  I. Ball mill

  1, ball mill overview:

  Flammable and explosive materials in the copper ball impact crushed, crushed to 60-80 mesh.



  2, the working principle of the ball mill:

  The machine in the motor and reducer with the cooperation, driven by brass + copper ball mill host rotating, the host is filled with copper balls (according to the material to choose the size of the copper ball), the material in the copper ball, host frame and the material under the joint impact of the material, the material will be crushed to the desired mesh, through the sieve fell to the barrel.



  3、The structure of ball mill

  (1) Host skeleton

  Ball mill host cylinder with 4mm copper ball laser separated into a long hollow, the main role of the copper ball to support the movement of the inner cylinder, the hollow width is slightly smaller than the diameter of the grinding ball, all hollow smooth transition, to avoid sudden changes in shape, a strong impact, triggering danger;



  (2) Screen: the outer cylinder is made of 2mm copper plate with 80mesh holes, the main purpose of which is to screen out the materials higher than 80mesh from the ball mill, and the materials lower than 80mesh are left in the cylinder to be ground, the outer cylinder is a removable structure, so that when the screen is seriously clogged or broken, it can be opened on all three sides of the ball mill to replace the screen with a new screen after it has been taken off.



  3）Machine frame

  The ball mill frame is made of stainless steel, the motor and reducer are fixed on the frame, and the cover of the frame is detachable structure.

  The machine body is a one-piece machine, occupying a wide and smooth ground, the equipment is fixed on the ground through the expansion screws after the position (can also be placed directly on the level ground, (unevenness ≤ 3/1000)).



  4）Lubrication of machine parts

  The bearings of the rotating part of the machine are set up with oil injection holes, and should be refuelled once before starting the machine, which can be added halfway according to the temperature rise of the bearings and the running condition.

Second, screw belt mixer

  1、Horizontal screw belt mixer overview

  Horizontal screw belt mixer is generally used for viscous or cohesive powder and granular mixing and powder body to add liquid and paste material mixing.



  2、Horizontal screw belt mixer working principle

  Various components of the material according to the formula ratio is calculated after entering the mixer, the material is mixed under the impetus of the belt screw blades. The outer screw belt will push the material from one end to the other, the inner screw belt will make the material to the opposite direction, the inner layer of material is pushed down to a test after there is a tumbling inward and outward, the outer layer of material is pushed to the other side of the outer layer of material is pushed to the outer side of the tumbling inward.



  Material in the mixing at the same time, the liquid injection port for atomised spray glue, material in the convection process of the two streams of material flow and glue mutual penetration, change and mixing, in the two sides of the tumbling process and then mixing, so that repeated many times, and then through the discharge control mechanism will be mixed uniformly after the material from the unloading door unloading.

Three, top drive mixer

  1、Overview of top drive mixer

  Top drive mixer adopts split design, pot body, upper drive stirring paddle system, control system and other components. The main body mainly consists of frame, stirring pot body stirring paddle and its transmission device, pot body lifting lifting composition, discharging device. The main material used in the manufacture of the host is high-quality low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, and material contact parts using streamlined design, no dead ends, easy to clean.



  2、Top-driven mixer working principle

  Stirring paddle is mainly composed of stirring paddle transmission device and variable speed power unit. Stirring paddle transmission device and power unit are placed in the frame under the stirring pot, and the stirring paddle transmission device is directly connected with the variable speed power unit. Stirring paddle transmission device mainly consists of coupling, shaft, bearing seat, compression nut, stirring paddle and so on. The stirring paddle reducer motor adopts frequency conversion motor control + frequency converter control to realise the frequency conversion and infinitely variable speed control of the stirring paddle.



  The lifting platform adopts servo motor in order to realise the precise control of the position of the pot body.



  Through the lifting of the pot body and the movement of the main stirring system has cutting system to achieve the purpose of material mixing.
