I. Horizontal drum vacuum dryer

1、Overview

     Horizontal drum vacuum dryer is PLC control technology of electromechanical integration equipment. The system consists of the host, rotating infusion drum, water bath heating system, vacuum drying system, condensation system and control system, to achieve the purpose of heating and drying materials and condensing and recovering solvents in a vacuum environment.

2、Working Principle

      Horizontal drum vacuum dryer is the drying drum installed in a vacuum heating tank, the formation of a vacuum tank; drying drum is also the middle of the cylindrical, one end of the conical, sandwich structure, one end of the installation of the water bath circulation and transmission devices, one end is open for feeding, discharging, fixed installation of the inner wall of the drum flow of linear flow guide plate group, for the material turning, the drum is turning when the material is in the cylinder reciprocating flip heat drying, drum When the drum is rotating, the material is automatically brought out by the guide plate, and falls into the guide slot of the dust extraction cabinet and enters into the discharging barrel.  

Second, drying machine

       The body of the machine is a one-piece machine, occupying a wide and smooth ground, the equipment is fixed on the ground through expansion screws after being in position (it can also be placed directly on the level ground, (unevenness ≤ 3/1000)).

  The inner part of the rotary dryer has bearing support before and after, which realises the rotary movement through the transmission of deceleration direct connection, the inner part is jacket structure, and hot water is passed inside the jacket to provide heat for material drying.

Three, crusher

1、Overview

Crusher system by the feeding system, crushing system, dust collection system system, control system consists of six parts.

1: Feeding system mainly contains material car, feeding machine head, Roots vacuum pump, feed hopper, feed pipe mechanism;

2: crushing system contains motor pulley, drive shaft, rotating gear disc, door cover fixed gear disc, double water-cooled crushing chamber, screen ring mechanism;

3: the collection system contains a material interface, collection barrel, collection box mechanism; dust collection system contains a negative pressure fan, dust filter, pulse blowback mechanism, air inlet, exhaust port mechanism;

4: Control system contains a control box, low-voltage electrical components, start button, stop button, emergency stop button and other components (centralised control).



2, crushing system working principle

1:Feeding

The use of Roots pump to form a negative pressure, the material is driven by the air, into the head of the lower material, under the control of the electronic control programme, the timing of the lower material, into the crusher.

2:Crushing

Under the operation of the feeding system, the materials fall into the crushing chamber automatically. Motor and spindle connected by a belt, the spindle installed on the rotating tooth disc and crushing body door installed in the fixed tooth disc, in the high-speed operation of the spindle, the dynamic tooth disc and the fixed tooth disc to do the relative operation, so that the material in the fixed teeth and movable teeth and the teeth of the mutual shear, impact, friction and material each other under the combined effect of impact and collision, so that the material is crushed. The material which reaches the crushing precision falls into the plastic collection bag in the collection box below through the sieve ring.

Four, hydraulic lifting machine

1、Overview

Hydraulic automatic lifting rotary feeding machine consists of six parts: rotating chassis, column, lifting mechanism, supporting special turnover barrels, automatic discharge system, hydraulic system, control system.

The above system can realise the function of automatic lifting of barrels, docking and discharging and barrel homing.



2、Working Principle

Under the cooperation of hydraulic pump and oil cylinder, the machine drives the barrel through the chain to achieve the lifting and lowering of the barrel, and the cooperation of rotary motor and limit switch to achieve the fixed rotation angle of the lifter.
