  Filtering, washing, drying machine (also known as tank three-in-one), widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide, food and other industries, solid-liquid separation, solid washing, solid drying and solid unloading can be realised in the whole process for the continuous operation of the closed, is the above industry filtration, washing and drying equipment of choice.

I. Working process
  This multifunctional dryer is used to complete the crystalline liquid drying process in the whole multifunctional production process, which includes: feeding, pulping, drying, discharging, on-line testing and other key steps, to prepare for the next process of sealed production.

Second, filtration, washing, drying three-in-one main working steps
  1、Feeding
  Open the feed valve to the tank feed, feed the mixing paddle in the upper position, if necessary, you can drop the mixing paddle low-speed mixing, so that the material is evenly distributed. When the material reaches the position specified in the process to stop feeding, close the feed valve.

  2、Washing
  (1) The washing liquid is introduced into the tank through the rotating spray ball or washing liquid port. The washing liquid is washed by the rotating nozzle under the pressure of 0.2~0.3MPa, and the stirring paddle is always stopped at the high position.
  (2) slurry washing: when the washing liquid through a certain amount to stop adding, gradually and slowly down the mixing paddle and appropriate speed for slurry mixing. Stirring from top to bottom continuously.

  3、Filtering
  (1) After washing, and lifting the stirring paddle to sh appropriate position, stop stirring, filtrate discharged from the bottom. Repeat the filtration operation again until the material washing meets the requirements.
  (2) The end of filtration, lift the stirring paddle from the material, depending on the surface of the bumpy situation, the stirring paddle close to the material, pointing slow down, with the stirring action or levelling action, the material will be levelled, the paddle blade rises to the distance from the surface of the filter cake about 20mm.

  4、Feeding
  (1) Sample and analyse the material before discharging, and prepare to discharge the material after passing.
  2)Drop the mixing paddle slowly. Open the discharge valve before filling pure nitrogen for balance protection, when the pressure is atmospheric, through the stirring paddle counterpropulsion, the material will be discharged from the discharge valve.
