Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer Application
    This machine is suitable for medicine, chemical industry, foodstuff, metallurgy and building materials, etc. It is used for mixing and drying various materials such as powder, crystal, granule, etc. It is also suitable for concentration of solution, disinfection of materials and extermination of insects. This machine can dry materials with different moisture content to less than 0.5%.
    This machine saves energy, low labour intensity, high efficiency, general moisture content of less than 40% of the material each time the drying time is 2-4 hours.
Double cone rotary vacuum dryer working principle

    This machine in the drying process of the three-dimensional container as a whole slowly rotating, constantly turning the dried material to update the drying surface, to accelerate the evaporation of the liquid contained in the material to be dried, and constantly sucked out of the container through the vacuum pump, if the discharge of the liquid needs to be recovered, (can be added to the recycling device to be recovered). The container is equipped with positive and negative rotation, and can be changed at regular intervals, so as to make full use of the whole heat transfer area in the container to improve the drying efficiency.


Double cone rotary vacuum dryer operating procedures
1、Check before driving.
    a, heat source inlet must use solenoid valve.
    b, open the vacuum pump to check whether the pipeline connection, packing box leakage, inlet and outlet sealing is good, whether the vacuum gauge response is sensitive.
    c, open the cooling water valve to check the heat-carrying pipeline connections, stuffing box leakage, whether the pressure gauge response is sensitive.
    d, check the electronic control cabinet of the instrument, button, indicator is normal, check whether the earth wire is good, there is no leakage, short-circuit phenomenon exists.
    e, in the oil cup full of grease, start the motor running, listen to the noise is normal, if not normal, should check out the source of the noise, and be excluded.
2、Add the dry materials into the container (powder, fine granular, slurry materials using vacuum feeding), and then close the feed hole cover.
3, close the vacuum valve, open the vacuum pump, so that the dry container is negative pressure (600 -755 mmHg).
4、Close the power switch, start the motor, press the work button, the dryer begins to rotate work.
5, open the heat carrier valve, let the heat carrier into the drying container sandwich, according to the process requirements of the test.
6、After the material drying is finished, close the valve of heat carrier first, and then inject cooling water into the sandwich, and stop vacuuming after the material cools down to normal temperature. Open the exhaust vacuum valve, turn off the electric hunger, stop the dryer rotation, open the hole cover out of the material.
7, the material must be emptied of water in the sandwich after emptying.
Double cone rotary vacuum dryer maintenance and maintenance
(A) maintenance
1、After use, the residue in the drying container should be eliminated and washed clean to keep the whole machine neat and tidy, and the filter is often dismantled and cleaned to ensure that the filter and the vacuum pipeline are unobstructed.
2, bearings often coated with compound calcium-based grease, worm gear reducer should be frequently injected lubricant for maintenance.
3, the electric control cabinet and the host grounding line at any time to maintain a good. There shall be no leakage of electricity.
4, often adjust the transmission belt tension, chain tension in a normal state.
5, often check the regular calibration of the vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, ammeter, voltmeter, so that a variety of instruments and meters in a normal working condition.
6, often check the motor, worm gear reducer, pulley, sprocket, bearing sense of the seat and other connections, so that at any time to maintain a tight state.
(B) common faults
1, the vacuum degree can not reach or too high reason is: packing box leakage vacuum pipe leakage or clogging, filter clogging and so on.
2, noise: loose feet, worm gear reducer damage, bearing wear, sprocket damage, chain too loose, too tight and so on.
3、Leakage of stuffing box, packing loss, to be replaced.
4, inlet and outlet leakage, sealing strip damage to be replaced.
5、Electrical main fault: contactor, time relay and other damage.
