1、Driving procedure

(3) Turn on the bag pulse controller blowback system, and adjust the blowback frequency to ensure that the gas inlet pressure of 0.5-0.6Mpa work.

The temperature of the dryer will rise to 350-400 ° C when the inlet temperature reaches 350-400 ° C. The temperature of the dryer will rise gradually. To be imported when the temperature reaches 350-400 ° C, re-adjust the feed motor speed, control the dryer tower import, export temperature in the design temperature process conditions.

2、Stopping procedure

(1) Firstly, stop the agitator stirring in the wet material tank, and then stop the spiral feeder feeding.

(2) Continue to blow dry the remaining material in the dryer and take it out of the machine, after half an hour, turn off the gas and stop gas heating. After that, stop the air supply fan to send air, and then stop the induced draft fan to draw air.

(3) Stop the air compressor, stop the bag filter blowback system, turn off the cooling water, turn off the tower motor.

(4) Stop the instrument control.



3、Possible abnormalities and exclusion

In the drying operation mainly control the dryer in the air flow, air inlet and outlet temperature, charging volume. Among them, the charging amount is regulated as a variable from the wind.

(3) system pressure imbalance, check whether the system has a leak or blockage, and whether the pressure measurement tube is blocked.

(4) When there is powder coming out of the gas outlet of the bag filter, check whether the bag is detached or broken, and replace or repair it in time.

(5) suddenly long power outage, the dryer should be cleaned to prevent the machine wet material dry and hard, plug the dryer ring gap, as well as driving again to affect product quality.
